If payment is not received within a time frame of a week since the request, the commission will be cancelled.

You are entitled to 3 major changes during the drafting stages and 3 minor changes through out the rest of the commission until I start rendering.

Any other major revisions that are requested after the drafting stage will incur an additional fee.

You are only allowed to repost my works with credit as long as you are the commissioner.

You will only use my work for personal use unless discussed prior.

Artwork intended for commercial use will be charged for double the base price.

You are not allowed to modify the commissioned work in any way.

You may not resell or profit off of my artwork. That includes putting them up as NFTs.

Do not use my art in any way related to AI/ML training.

I reserve the rights to post the finished work up on social media platforms and my portfolio. An additional +50% fee would be charged from the base price if you'd like me to refrain from posting it on my portfolio.

You may cancel your order and be fully refunded if I haven't started on your request.

If I wasn't able to fulfill your order, you will be refunded according to how much progress has been made on your request.
